1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of NextPour Grapevine Concrete, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
NextPour Grapevine Concrete provides professional concrete construction services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, stamped concrete, concrete repair, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.
6. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural disasters.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, obtaining necessary permits where required, and ensuring access to the work area. Clients must also ensure that utilities are marked and that the work area is clear of obstacles.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
NextPour Grapevine Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
